1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
- A return/refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or damaged products caused by mishandling after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice
- Items returned after the return window
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@pankajtradingcompany.com with your order number, issue, and product image (if applicable).
- Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the provided return address.
- After inspection, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or special-order items
- Electrical components once installed
- Products bought on clearance or under final sale terms
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Bank/UPI/Wallet) or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
